Dress that does double duty

...as a skirt! Here we have a Banana Repblic (2005 or 06) dress as seen previously here.

Topping it off is the ever-useful and classic J. Crew Jackie cardi, in blue or purple (depending on your point of view). I like to call it electric purple.
